Job Description

Ø  Analyze and evaluate regions/zones regarding sales trends, sales potentials, competition, economic/business conditions, and distributor performance, recommend changes in sales programs and distributorships to make area operation more effective in meeting sales volume quotas.

Ø  Design & execute timely trade promotions to ensure that retail inventories are optimal and sufficient push is mandatory by the distributors.

Ø  Work closely with Sales Training Manager and assist in resolving specific questions or problems regarding the sales programs, installation and after sales technical issues. Evaluate and approve defective product claim reports by distributors, retailers and customers.

Ø  Annually prepare for the department an updated strategic plan and financial plan, for the assigned region, taking into consideration the next year, five year and ten-year forecasts. Review and discuss plans with next level management for integration of the regional plan into the K&B Group, Asia Pacific’s overall strategic plan.

Ø  Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions to increase knowledge of Company products, improve selling techniques and cultivate good working relationships with distributors and product users.

Ø  Influencing Sales team and stakeholders in achieving the business ambition for the retail vertical.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Ø  Management degree with minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.

Ø  Industry-related experience is preferred.
