GENERAL MANAGER : SPARE PARTS
Job: To develop and implement comprehensive & innovative sales & marketing activities to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment. To ensure high market share by maximizing sales through service network, sales counters, institutional customers and dealers. Close liaison with Principals, ordering and inventory management, pricing, promotional activities, etc. will be important aspects of the role. Identifying new markets, expansion of product lines and evolving innovative sales & marketing tools will be crucial.
Qualification: Engineering graduate with additional management qualification.
Experience: Around 25 years of relevant experience in medium to large sized automobile / auto-ancillary companies. The ideal candidate should be currently heading Spare Parts function at the national level with focus on replacement market. Experience in both procurement / inventory management as well as sales & marketing is a must. Exposure to international business will be an added advantage.

Salary : Around INR 40 Lacs + Car + Furnished House + Medical + Air passage + Terminal benefits
