Job Description

On behalf of our client a leading FMCG company in the region with high profitability and huge market share is looking to hire “Branch Manager” in Oman

Job Responsibilities 

·Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
·Approve the weekly plans prepared by his supervisors, thus ensuring reaching his area’s targets.
·Lead the sales team in his area (supervisors, salesmen and merchandisers) to best achieve the area’s targets
·Lead his team’s development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances.
·Weekly visits to all his areas and markets
·Follow up on the cash collection with the regional accountant and supervisors.
·Control and navigate the operating costs of the region (Route by Route, activity by activity)
·Sign the rental and discount agreement with customers following company policy.
·Safeguard the company’s assets and develop tracking tools for those (vans, fridges, buildings, cars)
 
Candidate must have 
BA Marketing , Business , Administration 
Min 8 years of experience in a related field of which min 4 years in managerial position in Oman 
Good Command in English 
Must have Omani driving License 
​Food & beverage industry experience is a must
