Job Description

On behalf of our client a leading FMCG company in the region with high profitability and huge market share is looking to hire “ Sales Supervisor” in UAE and Oman.

2 positions in UAE and 1 position in Oman 

Sales Supervisor is fully responsible for achieving the sales targets in his area while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and society.

Job Responsibilities are 

  • Excellence in market execution when it comes to customer service and coverage.
  • Build strong relationship with Customers and ensure the company is always regarded as Preferred supplier.
  • Ensure weekly demand plans prepared are reflecting the customer’s needs and achieving the sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team in his area to best achieve the area’s targets.
  • Lead his team’s development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances.
  • Weekly visits to all his costumers.
  • Follow up on the cash collection with the customers.
  • Control and navigate the operating costs of the region (Route by Route, activity by activity).
  • Sign the supply agreement with customers following company policy.
  • Safeguard the company’s assets and develop tracking tools for those (vans, fridges, buildings, cars).

Candidate Must Have 

strong communication and negotiation skills 

should have Food and Beverage industry experience 

for UAE position, UAE driving license is must 

for Oman position Oman driving license is must
