Job responsibilities

1. Conduct extensive legal research and inquiries to authorities on various legal matters

2. Undertake due diligence investigations

3. Review the memo and reports of the junior lawyer

4. Negotiate with the client and the other country's law firm to get the structure of the client done.

Requirements:

1. Around 5 years of post qualification experience in corporate M&A issue in international law firm or top-tier local firm. Solid experience in outbound and PRC transaction cases is preferred.

2. US bar is preferred but not necessary.

3. Familiar with China market and relative law.

4. Excellent spoken and written English.
