Senior Sales Manager - Feed additives

Job Description

 

For one of our clients, we are looking at the moment for a

 

Sales Manager (f/m) (Nord-) Germany

 

Our client is a leading supplier of feed additives with a broad product portfolio.

 

Your objectives

 

You will be responsible for the sales and the customer advisory service in your region.

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

·         Plan, Organize and control your sales region

·         Define sales activities by developing sales pipeline & account plan

·         Give sales training and participate in trade fairs

·         Make regular sales calls/visits to potential clients with the aim to close deals and finalize contracts

·         Interact closely with internal team members (e.g. Technical Sales, etc.)

·         Identify new business opportunities

·         Travelling up to 80% to customers

·         Market research and analysis

 

 

Your qualifications

 

·         Ideally Bachelor‘s degree or higher in agricultural sciences, veterinary science or industry related fields

·         At least 3 years’ experience in sales ideally in feed industry or related sectors

·         Strong skills in sales pitches and general business development

·         Strong entrepreneurial profile

·         Fluent in English and German
