PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Company
For our client, manufacturer located in Lower Silesia we are currently looking for suitable candidate who will join the company on the position of Production Manager
The Role
- The following person will be responsible for organizing and coordinating production departments and overseeing all other manufacturing activities within the plant to ensure continues and efficient production at a desired level of quantity and cost.
- To meet the production requirements of the company's short-term and long-term goals, will be establishing schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Engaged professional will be responsible for implementation of production strategy by ensuring correct and continues improvements according to the lean manufacturing philosophy.
- Will analyze the processes, recognize area for improvement and initiate action based on training leading personnel and reorganizing internal logistics.
- Other key responsibility will be reporting current results and cooperation with other related departments, also will care for stable and motivated work force ensuring safe and healthy job environment
The Person
- Our client is expecting professional person with valuable experience in manufacturing enterprise backed with measurable successes.
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager in automotive industry
- Technical education in mechanics or production management is required
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additionally good command of German will be attractive.
- Proper knowledge and practice on Lean manufacturing methodology.
- Goal orientated attitude, strong team working and management skills with ability to organize and analyze processes and data
