Busienss Development Manager ( IT services - US market)

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor Degree and MBA (preferred).

Work timings: 3 PM to 12 AM.


Prior experience of selling for offshore IT services companies, proven track record, referenceability and extensive networking and business connections would be a plus.


The role is particularly for a Sales & Business Development Profile; must have an experience in US or European market in IT Services sales. The person would be responsible for building channel partner relationship in US/ Europe markets, with a team size of 4-5 team members.


Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • The person will responsible for end to end international (US/Europe) sales and who achieves the sales target by cracking the deals with interational clients. 
  • Develop and grow a client base and manage accounts in US region through channel partners..
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Research, source, make initial contact to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs
  • Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective Software Services and Solutions opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers
  • Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals
  • Client/Key Account Management at multiple levels, especially with key decision makers to determine sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
