Business Manager-Office Equipment & Business Solutions(Only Arabic)

Job Description

The Manager is responsible for efficient and profitable operation of the OEBS Division, in terms of development of new business plan, development of new clients, management of suppliers, management of working capital and gain an efficient and profitable product portfolio. The Manager is also responsible for career development / grooming of team members in their chosen field of work and mentoring them for achievement of business goals. The focus of the Manager is to ensure achievement of business (sales) targets, ensure achievement of the gross profit margins, relationship management (customers / suppliers / channel partners) and customer base expansion. The business manager is also expected to drive innovation in close cooperation with all functional departments expanding the portfolio of IT products and software solutions, developing new channels as well as break-through business models. The business manager will closely work with the CEO on respective innovation requirements and transform the division from a product-box shifting business to a solution business in office equipment, IT and business solutions, driving B2B, B2C and high margin opportunities. In particular the development of alternative distribution channels/ industry verticals and e-go to market channels in close cooperation with subject matter experts will be a key focus area.
