You manage the sales, operational and human resource functions of the store. Ensure
the adherence to the Company concepts and culture, ensuring maximum profitability and
compliance with Company’s objectives and policies.

Exclusive – Animations - partner brands) and shop profits for the store through the team
commitment, use of short and long-range planning, expense management.

operations to maintain the good management of your store.
Responsible for your store, you optimize the results and the gross profit vs. the margin
by category of brands (Selective/Company/Emerging and exclusive brands).
You take on the leadership and development role through effective total store
communication, awareness of ethics, staff development, and implementation of selling

recruit, manage and develop your sales team with a permanent goal: focus your team

You are responsible for organising trainings with the Company trainer and the brands.

Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming
customer initiatives, and monitoring what is being practiced by local competitors.
You are responsible of the stock. You achieve the level stock according to the objectives
of the company.
You are in charge of the appraisal process of your staff (MPP process and “les

You work closely with the Category Management team of Company Middle East to
ensure the sales and the promotional events.
You are the main and key contact with the brands. You can delegate some brands
contacts to the store assistant.
