Our client is a global energy company with a focus on providing better energy efficiency to their customers. The company has many years of experience and know-how related to insulation as a means of improving energy efficiency.
Reporting to: Vice President Sales Central Eastern Europe.
Location: Bucharest, Romania
-Develop and implement business strategies, in each country across the area, with a focus on market share maximization as well as profitable and sustainable growth.
-Manage, supervise and grow the sales organization by defining actionable and relevant metrics, coaching and motivating employees and driving them to reach the company goals.
-Plan and prioritize activities to grow order intake, inquiry pipeline and close relationships with customers.
-Maintain existing relationships with customers and acquire new customers as to achieve maximum market penetration
-Research, plan and target activities towards key decision makers around strategic projects as to ensure that specification work is started at earliest stage.
-Ensure CRM database maintenance as to mirror the upcoming new opportunities and the status changes in the opportunities already known.
-Ensure clarity around sales forecasting. Participate in creating bids.
-Conduct contract negotiations.
-Identify the needs and participate in development of literature and documentation in local languages.
-Identify the needs and implement training courses and symposia for customers.
-Ensure good communication, inclusive climate and good team spirit within local team.
-Ensure efficient collaboration with Operations, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, R&D and other departments.
-Prepare required reports.
-Knowledge and experience of District Heating market or similar business (systems / equipment for HVAC, water & sewage, gas network).
-University Degree in engineering or management. Foreign languages: fluent English.
-Managerial experience in international environment. Experience in public tender business.
-Skills and experience relating to team leadership.
-Team worker with good understanding of culture based on diversity and inclusion. Self-starter with high motivation.
-Proactive and engaged problem solver.
-High level in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
