Wanted: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Our customer is one of the top multinational players in their hi-tech industries, a global successful corporation, an equal opportunity employer of choice!

For one of their large factories North-West of Romania/Transylvania, we are searching and selecting a dedicated, enthusiastic and engaged talent as:

HR Business Partner located in Baia Mare area

The successful candidate shall be in charge of:

·      Serves as a “liaison” in support of HR related programs deployment, for example Wellness, Flexible benefits, Service award, E-Start program, Employee Survey, Merit Planning, Training activities, as well as best HR practice sharing

·      Consolidate HR regular reports and data analysis, included but not limited as headcount and turnover

·      Provide valuable findings, feedback and suggestion based on appropriate data analysis

·      Work closely with HR team to ensure that HRMS data are maintained accurately and timely as required

·      Assist managers in APEX & DP completion rate during the whole APEX cycle; communication planning, employee survey

·      Conducts new employee orientation, training and ongoing training (e.g. introducing personnel, payroll, and assisting with enrollment forms, expectations, policies and procedures, employment benefits, hours of work, schedules, time-off, reviewing substitute calling system, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes as well as completion of forms

·      Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff

Qualifications/requirements:

  1. University degree in law, psychology
  2. ~5 years experience in HR
  3. Strong interpersonal communication skills, diplomatic
  4. Ability to operate across and influence within a complex matrix organizational structure
  5. Knowledge and understanding of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts
  6. Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret HR and operational analyses/reports
  7. Broad general business knowledge
  8. English good level, MS Office
