HR System Support Manager

Job Description

Our client is multinational group of companies that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, appliances.

Job description:
•to lead the HR System Support team to deliver services on the sufficient efficiency and quality level,
•to manage the responsibilities according to the service levels agreements,
•to build good relationships to the SSC business partners and other stakeholders
•to maintain and develop HR System Support competence in the team with targeted on the job coaching and training,
•to investigate and resolve issues, internally or together with the Country,
•to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of process and working routines,
•to support the head of HR SSC in providing knowledge, progression and market trends in the field of HR Shared Services

Requirements:
•3 years of experience in leading a team/leading people,
•3 years of experience in PA/PY processes or SCC/BPO environment,
•advanced knowledge of SAP HR environment as a plus
•passion for understanding and exceeding customer’s expectations,
•ability to build relationships and communicate with different target groups,
•fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
