Payroll Service Manager - Poland

Our client is multinational group of companies that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, appliances.

Job description:
• to constantly strive for customer service level improvement, and promote customer focus among co-workers to ensure operational efficiency,
•to support co-workers in learning by continuously using coaching,
•to encourage and support co-worker’s independent initiative and development,
•to lead people by example,
•to identify and implement simple and efficient solutions,
•to support transitions of HR transactional tasks from company units to company BSC,
•to maintain good relations with company BSC Business Partners

Requirements:
•a skilled leader, with min. 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in Shared Service / BPO area,
•familiar with Personnel Administration environment and Payroll processing, with min. 5 years of experience in HR area,
•interests in working with people and enjoy working in a multi-national, fast-paced and future-oriented environment,
•passionate about understanding and exceeding customer’s expectations,
•a solution focussed approach, taking the responsibility for proposing and implementing new ideas,
•an analytical and problem solving university graduate,
•fluent in English (another European language will be an asset)
