Job Description

Mission:

As Financial Controller you will have the overall responsibility for the company’s financial controlling activity, including reporting, project controlling, treasury and cash management activities, insurances and other financial items.

Tasks and internal connections:

As Financial Controller you will report to the Finance Director, work closely with our outstanding financial team and daily cooperate with our finance network in other countries.

You will be responsible for financial reporting and coordination with accounting department, project controlling, cost monitoring, forecasting and budgeting, daily treasury and cash management operations, company insurance program and ad-hoc financial reports requested by the line management.  Moreover, you will control business related reports in respect to the accuracy and compliancy of information. You will also prepare and control group consolidated financial reports and you will be responsible for transfer pricing calculation and documentation.

Additionally, you will play an active role in designing and implementing the controlling and accounting system within our client in Romania.

Best candidate profile:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and smart-thinking candidate, with three to five solid years of experience in finance related areas in a business-oriented environment.

You are the right candidate for us if you have knowledge of IFRS reporting standards, as well as financial and management accounting experience. If you have the ability to think analytical and strategically, you will fit great in our dynamic and task oriented financial team.

To perform in our company, your communication skills need to be high and you should be able to successfully translate finance for non-finance people, convincing them to deliver high quality and on time information.

For this role you also should be very well organized and able to see the overall impact of financial data on  our company’s business.

Being part of an international financial team, this role additionally needs a person proficient in English and with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
