Sales manager

The Role

  • Assists customer with product selection, utilizing knowledge of technical specifications.
  • Evaluates customer needs and emphasizes product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Attends and Sells PCMA products to customer.
  • Communicates customer needs throughout the organization.
  • Attends customer product trials to deliver technical service.
  • Plans and carries out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.

The Person


  • Customer orientation: Able to deliver good commercial service and technical service to customers. Able to build up long term good customer relationship.
  • Getting Results and Added-Value Focus: Able to meet challenging objectives in an efficient and effective way. Contributes to the goals and the profitability of the company by getting the right things done in the right time at the lowest possible costs. Actively seeks business opportunities that provide the Company with a high added value.
  • Driven by personal vision; has been exposed to customs and practices beyond his/her own culture; motivates and inspires others; is able to exert influence through persuasion, personal credibility and convincing arguments; has the ability to perform in a decision-making process, both strategically and tactically.
  • Openness and Willingness to Learn: The aptitude actively to explore new ideas that can enhance performance, taking in new knowledge as he/she goes. This can only occur when the individual maintains an open attitude in all respects, removing any barriers to learning and development.   • Education in material or chemical related science(Plastics is prefered).
  • 2 years and more sales or technical job for plastics or automotive business.
  • Fluent in local language and good knowledge of English.
  • Basic IT capabilities (e-mail, SAP R3, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT).
