The Role
Set up training System and training plan Employee training needs identification and training plan development and execution Customize the managers training for all managers to improve the leadership competency Deliver the new comer orientation and push employee on the job training Design and promote the talent development plan and implement in the organization Organize and host the company culture activities Employee communications and engagement program
The Person
Strong planning and organizational skills 5-10 Years minimum experience in developing and delivering training, documentation & execution activities Demonstrated "Team Player" attitude Ability to hold senior team members accountable to their training, documentation preparation and execution responsibilities Ability to develop schedules, ensure inputs are received, reviewed and deadlines achieved Bachelor degree and excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities. Certified Trainer qualification preferred Manufacturing industry experiences preferred
