Job Requirements:


  • Hiring, managing and directing daily the local sales team in China; providing regular tasks and guidance to each of the local sales members.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and accelerating sales.
  • Prepares reports to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as job requires.




Experience and Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience selling sophisticated products to the manufacturing industry. Software Sales experience – a must
  • Experience in enterprise software – a plus
  • High experience in direct management of a sales team
  • International Sales Experience – a plus
  • Highly independent & results oriented
  • Very good English skills
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
