- Hiring, managing and directing daily the local sales team in China; providing regular tasks and guidance to each of the local sales members.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and accelerating sales.
- Prepares reports to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively as job requires.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience selling sophisticated products to the manufacturing industry. Software Sales experience – a must
- Experience in enterprise software – a plus
- High experience in direct management of a sales team
- International Sales Experience – a plus
- Highly independent & results oriented
- Very good English skills
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
