·Hiring, managing and directing daily the local sales team in China; providing regular tasks and guidance to each of the local sales members.
·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and accelerating sales.
·Prepares reports to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
·Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
·Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
·Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
·Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
·Willingness to travel extensively as job requires.
Experience and Qualifications:
·At least 5 years of experience selling sophisticated products to the manufacturing industry. Software Sales experience – a must
·Experience in enterprise software – a plus
·High experience in direct management of a sales team
·International Sales Experience – a plus
·Highly independent & results oriented
·Very good English skills
·A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
