Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 
Develop sales team and distribution networks for own brand auto products sales in China automotive aftermarket.
Develop new customers and manage existing customers that can contribute to the division’s order intake, sales and GP (in % and $).
Implement marketing and pricing strategies for customer development.
Support customers to success and achieve sales targets defined by the management.
Leading sales team to execute sales and marketing strategies for the related products.
Customer satisfaction ratings by providing sales support
Basic Requirements:
7-10 years sales experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, marketing or related.
Strong experience in sales team management, sales network development and management.
Experience in marketing promotions and brand building.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
University graduate in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Marketing or related.
Sales team development and management skills.
Strong customer orientation, team player and good communication skills.
Attentive to details, well-organized and multi-tasks with good time management.
Systematic and well organized.
