Senior Regional Sales Manager (Building material industry)

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

§  Complete the goals of sales volume/price and ensure business growth in South China according to company strategy

§  Execute Regional level sales strategy in terms of channel development and segment development

§  Lead regional sales team and develop team competency, promote a positive, transparent, honest culture

§  Take strong actions in project selling

§  Maintain key customers and develop strong relationship with key customers; take initiatives to develop other key accounts.

§  Maintain a transparent communication with management, raise critical issues and ensure timely reports as requested

 

Requirements:

§  Bachelor degree (minimum);

  • 10+ years of working experience in sales in building material industry with strong project selling and channel management
  • Successful team management experiences
  • At least more than 3 years in a similar, Regional sales manager level of position with successful record
  • Passionate, willing to take challenges and develop new opportunities

§  Sense of responsibility and result oriented

§  Proactive, dynamic and able to take initiatives

§  High level of integrity, respect to company ethics and compliance

§  Proficient English oral and written; good presentation skills

§  Based in Guangzhou with extensive traveling
