Job title: Training Center Operations Manager
Location: Wai Gao Qiao, Shanghai
Managing all operational planning activities concerning the Training Academy, including all programmed and course scheduling interaction with Centre Network, as well as all course delivery related activities.
Interaction external training providers to ensure appropriate programmed development, scheduling and delivery. Management of external suppliers to along with TA teams to ensure required levels of quality of delivery and standardization of materials and structures.
Continuous monitoring and provision training KPIs and reporting to PCN management
Responsibility for submission of all KPIs and reporting to PAG.
Management of Training Centre facilities and all equipment contained within.
Responsibility for management of all New Academy related topics
Responsibility for planning and day-to-day management and monitoring of Training Academy related budgets
Development and monitoring of service level agreements.
Sourcing of external partners as required in conjunction with TA Team Leaders.
Has responsibility for monitoring and reporting all KPIs and information.
Regular attendance at international training conferences and representations
- Strong leadership and logic way of thinking
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or above
- Fluent English with good communication skills
-Minimum 8 years experiences in training or academy center operation, 3 years experience in managing a team
-Client & customer focus with strong interpersonal skill and effective communication skill
-Teaching experience as a lecturer is a plus
