Roles & Responsibilities

·         Develop and implement strategies for maximizing sales and profits based on customer needs, market dynamic and growth opportunities

·         Responsible for Business Development with new and existing customers in alignment with overall growth strategy

·         Renew sales plans to ensure overall growth by volume, value and contribution margin for products and markets

·         Create pricing strategy and policies in line with overall plans and competition of the Company in Asia Pacific region

·         Responsible to maximize customer satisfaction through responsive and productive service to customers

·         Guide and oversee efforts of sales team towards acquiring and maintaining relationship with customers

·         Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

·         Chinese nationality

·         Age 35 – 45

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales / marketing for value added products role

·         Experience in selling products or related to pharmaceutical industry

·         Energetic, initiatives and hand on for new business development

·         Bachelor degree in any field (packaging or pharmaceutical related is a plus)

·         Fluent in speaking English (and Mandarin)

·         Excellent in presentation / interpersonal skills

·         Proficient in using MS Office

·         Able to travel
