Area Sales Manager – World Famous Cosmetic Company
Base in Shanghai

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Manage planning and execution of a successful sales strategy for Eastern Region
- Management of the complete sales cycle including partner negotiation, product selling and account management
- Develop and build partnerships with premium multi-brand stores, regional distributors and department stores in selected regions across Eastern Region
- Plan brand quarterly and annual sales targets and sales budgets
- Participate in industry tradeshows and conferences
- Provide ongoing sales support for key distribution partners including the planning of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and assisting brand partners to achieve annual targets
- Help to further build a dynamic sales team for Eastern Region

Knowledge and Experience

- Minimum 5+ years proven Sales experience of color cosmetics products for premium or imported cosmetic brands in China
- Strong track record and experience in negotiation of daily management with distributors, premium multi-brand cosmetic stores and department stores
- Understand market trends and competitors strategies
- Highly motivated, energetic and work well independently and collaboratively
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills (written and verbal)
