Job Description

SKINCARE: 
   Achieve Sales Objectives for the brands in Sephora 
 Maintain good and close working relationship with Sephora management 
 Work with FIM team on Inventory and Forecasting 
 Introduce launch plans to Sephora and work with them on animation opportunities and timeslot in relation to Sephora’s animation themes 
 Execut promotional activities and initiatives in Sephora 
 Work with Special KA Team to ensure good instore executions in terms of merchandising, incentives, promotions, stocks level etc. 
 Conduct periodic TTT Training to train sephora trainers on brand and new launches 
 Explore and evaluate new business opportunities for the brands in China,. 
 Work with Marketing Manager on Visual Merchandising in regular counter space and during Animations to get a great and outstanding merchandising in store. 
 Check product inventory with SEPHORA logistics team monthly, and ensure a healthy inventory. 
 Assist special event, such as New Product Conference or VIP workshop.

FRAGRANCE: 
 Achieve Sales Objectives for the brands in Sephora, Fashion Boutiques, Airport Duty Paid and Wholesale Channels 
 Execut promotional activities and initiatives in the channels 
 Work with Special KA Team to ensure good instore executions in terms of merchandising, space, incentives, promotions, stocks level etc. 
 Report to Sales Manager on these channels’ fragrance business 
 Communicate with Distributor Team to ensure good communication and execution of all Boutiques except Coach

Education: Bachelor degree:
 Work Experience: 8 years+ cosmetic KA background with training and sales experience 
 Required Background Characteristics 
 Good communication skill 
 Good time management. 
 Good at listening and resolve problem. 
 Have strong spirit in teamwork. 
 Have Strong ownership
