Work closely with Function to develop functional learning program though including needs analysis, learning solutions design, potential program delivery and evaluation of outcome.
Needs discussion with stakeholders
Outline the competency requirement for each level & create function learning map
Leverage internal and external resources on an cost efficiency approach and manage related budget.
working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as line managers, front line employee and senior managers at board level
Program management, delivery, execution and evaluation
Set up functional trainer pool and provide necessary training to enhance their skills.
Develop best in class e-Learning that drive premium learning experience and to support blended learning approach.
To build eLearning and ensure the MHDC has a full range of e-program that support the blended learning approach and meet the needs of learner.
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Fluent English and Chinese
6+ years training experience in an international company
Knowledge and experience in L&D full cycle
Experience in eLearning management
Cross functional Knowledge and Experience (Sales preferred or Customer Service, Marketing)
Proven experience with implementing and delivering successful training programs
