Job Description

Responsibilities:
·Develop and manage various recruiting channels to fulfill the recruitment needs within the schedule and budget 
·Maintain HR information and ensure the information is updated in a timely manner and correct 
·Assist to administer HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations 
·Handling staff’s on board and off board procedures 
·Assisting staff’s probation review and annual performance review 
·Assisting staff’s business visa application 
·Issue all kinds of employment certificates 
·Handling government registration regard HR function 
·Other HR tasks may assigned by superior and above tasks are Involved China national scope

Requirements:
·Bachelor Degree, major in HR management is preferred
·Minimum 2-5 years work experience in HR Generalist activities
·Fluent in English (reading and written) and Mandarin
·Good MS Office skills. Ability to generate/develop reports
·Good communication skills
·Strong sense of responsibility, positive, self-motivated
