E-commerce Manager– World Famous Fashion Brand

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of E-retail under the fast growing E-commerce dept with close work relationship with all key functions in the organization as well as external vendors (warehouse, marketplaces, call center, etc.)
E-commerce Operations management. Ensure back-end operations work smoothly at all steps. Improve processes if needed.
Planning and Financial modeling - Prepare monthly E-com P&L and provisions, budgeting, P&L projection based on different contract terms. Support contract term negotiation with existing/new vendors & liaise with stakeholders
Business Development – Lead sustainable growth of the current businesses following strategy set by the Head of Ecommerce by overseeing campaigns strategy and supporting contract term negotiation with existing/new vendors. Work closely with content management /ecom buying functions to ensure perfect execution of such campaigns. Report on relevant KPIs
New Project Management – Support major projects such as new store opening, change in vendors and help coordinate all parties internal as well as external to ensure successful and timely completion

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Statistics /Computer Science/ Business preferred with good business acumen
5 years+ solid commercial / retail experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred. E-commerce experience would be a plus
English compulsory
Fluent in English and Chinese
Experienced Excel/Access User, VBA experience is highly preferred; Knowledge of using statistical software, SPSS is a plus
