Job Description

 Responsible for actively managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals;
 Clear understanding of the performance history and future plans of each portfolio is well understood by the relationship manager (account planning) before advice is given to the client;
 Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks;
 Prime focus will be on growing the business through product volume, new client acquisition and increasing the number of products held per client;
 Contribute to the city's total growth target for New to Bank Customers;
 Contribute to the city's total net Asset under Administration (AUA) target

 A degree in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification;
 At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a broad exposure to banking preferred;
 Strong self-management and decision making skills;
 Excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese) and the confidence to interact with both Chinese and English speakers and to present to larger audiences;
 A well developed lateral thinking ability and the confidence to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement these improvements;
 Proven business development experience and achievement in China;
 Strong relationship network and influencing skills;
 Sales and marketing experience;
 Skilled in spoken and written English & Mandarin
