Job description:
The Commercial Director is responsible for all of sales and managing the company’s development. As such he/she will report to the company’s shareholders. The Commercial Director is required to provide weekly reports. He/ she is expected to visit customers as well as to support his sales staff. This entails extensive traveling as the company’s target group is outside of Shanghai. He/ she is responsible for his/ her own budget and can develop his/ her strategy accordingly.

Candidate description:

-A commercially savvy salesperson with ample experience in the wine or liquor industry and strong persuasion sales skills
-A growth-minded and results-oriented leader: this is a flexible, entrepreneurial spirit that is interested in developing a business and able to work in a start-up environment
-A manager with strong communication skills and a strategic mind: this person is comfortable conveying ideas in a structured manner
-A team spirit ready to support a growing sales force: a capable human resource manager who’s always willing to lend a hand
-A brand and business builder: experience in marketing and promotional sales


-A proven sales track record in the wine or liquor business
-Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
-A driver’s license

-Candidates with an deep love for wines and a thorough understanding of the wine business in China
-Candidates with experience working for foreign companies or living outside of Mainland China (this would facilitate contact with the shareholders)
-Outgoing, mature, solid, trustworthy and committed individuals
