Position: National Business Manager
Based in: Shanghai
Reporting to: National Sales Manager - Food Service
1. Manage the sales force and technical support team as well as the sales channels of LRN;
2. Be bridge between supplier and the company on all operation aspects: ordering, inventory, promotions and events;
3. Develop, build and manage new secondary product line for special market/customers;
1.Bachelor degree/ Business school
2.Fluent in English and mandarin.
3.Solid general sales & marketing experience in FMCG/imported food industry with at least 8 years hands on background, Broad experience in China and Asia markets and significant experience in new products launch and market exploitation.
4.Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and solving , strong negotiation and communication skills, good at taking initiative and making decision.
Experience of sales/marketing in frozen or pastry fine food industry is a plus. Experience in food service sales channels is a plus
