Base in Shanghai
1.Enhance and develop on trade and off trade distribution network by strategic directions and objectives, in order to growing business and market share in the region.
2.Deepen relationship with key distributors and end-users in assigned region, understand on trade market in the region.
3.Collect and analyze customer needs and market trends in the region, drive and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
4.Develop and motive subordinates and sales team in the region to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
5.Establish a high performance sales team through training and coaching their skills and abilities in a comprehensive way.
1.Over 8 years working experience in sales management.
2.Over 3 years management experience in Food business.
4.Communication skill and interpersonal skill.
5. Ability in both of oral and written English.
