Title:Quality Engineer

Field Analysis of Market Specific Quality Issues
- Analyze and report quality issues by using the systems
- Field analysis of vehicle quality issue in line with the defined Front desk process
- Analysis of specific KEFA groups within the own responsibility
- Statistical analysis of focus topics
- Report market specific quality issues via Top List V reports to PAG
- Support product field testing e.g. Road Testing, Corrosion investigation
- Update the quality improvement information to related department. e.g. Warranty
- Present results in relevant committees
Pre Analysis of Market Specific Quality Issues
- Carry out Pre-analysis of components
- Liaise with PAG and PCN/dealers with regard to Front desk inquires
- Coordinate external parts analysis (external laboratories and test centers)
- Document analysis results
- Report analysis results to relevant parties within PCN/PAG
- Present results in relevant committees
Support of Quality related Projects
- Local market support for China relevant project
- Carry out on-site analysis at dealership when required
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments and acts as liaison for Quality Engineering/Front desk topics
- Actively supports all areas of the business

- Bachelor degree or above with Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronics) or similar
- 2 years' working experience and thereof at least 2 years in quality analysis in Automotive Industry
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),  knowleage of Statistical Analysis and SAP is an advantage
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
