- Process and monitor the daily warranty claims in accordance to warranty & goodwill guideline.
- Liaise with PAG and dealers in regard to the warranty inquires
- Issue the warranty related approval to the dealership
- Handle warranty transfer for grey cars in the market and reports.
- Cooperate with Technical Support & Front desk team to collect and analyse warranty parts.
- Support the Supervisor Warranty & Goodwill to prepare and implement the warranty training.
- Provide the figures to Supervisor Warranty & Goodwill to finish the warranty reporting
- Visit dealers for warranty support irregularly
- Handle warranty administration work
- College degree or above with major in Automotive Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
- 4-5 years’ experience in After Sales related field in Automotive industry
- 3 years’ experience in warranty claim administration is highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good command of PC skills – Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
