Position: Admin Specialist
- Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details;
- May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail;
- Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments;
- Operates automated office equipment;
- May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of administrative supporting experience;
- Working experiences in the multinational companies will be a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results;
- Hardworking, quick response and action;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred;
- Good written, oral and listening English skills required;
- Good attitude, professional and careful.
