Position: Senior Manager/Associate Director –Development Research

·Develop and monitor the day-to-day implementation of effective and practical ways of working in research department based on requirements of relevant departments/ regions and marketing best practices.
·Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of development research achievements, e.g. regular reporting and publications, industrial insights, live presentations, etc. to maximize contributions to development of company strategy, business model, product and marketing activities, etc. Researches include but not limited to E-Commerce Impact Study and Scenario Planning and Vision Plan Study
·Act as a facilitator as well as a major contributor to develop and present prospective, best-practice in technology, practical, profitable company business model in collaboration with other departments, e.g. e-commerce, O2O, etc.
·Integrate and optimize effectiveness of external resources, e.g. governments, consulting companies, marketing research centers, individual experts, etc. to support high-quality deliverables.
·Assist department head to develop a highly competent and professional team of staff within territory, ensure implementation of effective management systems and practices in line with the Company’s direction and policies, and build a strong corporate culture in the organization.
University degree or above with over 10 years relevant experiences in research with sound and excellent track record in macro economy/ marketing/ policies/ etc. research, reporting and presentation.
Experience in leasing and commercial properties management is a plus.
Experience in strategy/ marketing research consulting companies is a plus.
Over 3-year experience in e-commerce and O2O operations is required.
Result-oriented, mature, strong business acumen and insights, excellent people management skills.
Good communication skill with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
