Title: Business Development Manager
The role is a highly driven professional with the capability to plan and direct all aspects of the company’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and determining the scope services to be offered by the company, while both identifying its target customer base and making careful analysis of our competitors’ offerings. You will develop a strategic sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the company, and be responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of Horizons’ products and/or services, as well as overall customer satisfaction.
·Assist in setting the sales strategy with Executive Director;
·Take charge of the marketing channel and sales promotion, to achieve the target and goals by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients;
·Communication with clients and know how to provide the best service and solution for clients;
·Leading the business development and managing key accounts;
·Marketing Research &Analysis, ability to develop new business within a competitive market;
·Train the team to achieve the target and standardize the sales procedure;
·Min. 3 years’ experience in sales and min and 1 year as a team leader;
·Good knowledge of legal and tax, and know how to develop the business;
·Good negotiation skills and executive ability;
·Bachelor degree and above, fluent English, legal and tax background is preferred
