JOB TITLE:  Controller, Finance

DEPARTMENT:  Audio Service, JV, Aftermarket

LOCATION:  Shanghai, China


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


·Set up proper and effective financial and accounting systems
·Responsible for accurate and on time monthly financial and business report submission, complete quarterly account review packages
·Lead and manage annual operating plans; Quarterly rolling forecast; and Development of multi-year strategic plans in accordance with Group guidelines; as well as the execution and driving forecast & outlook accuracy
·Formulate, implement and manage the internal control policy and procedure to enhance the business process and internal control in compliance with internal / external audit requirements and corporate governance.
·Formulate, review and manage the new product process including ROI calculation review, coordinating with different functions and support the mgt decision making.
·Driving results, monitoring Sales orders / projects, top line, gross margin, expenses & improving profitability.  Carry out working capital management
·Provide management reports, analysis & presentations for business decision.  
·Take lead of cost savings initiatives and other productivity improvement projects
·Keep close contact with global SBU management, local partners, and different functions.
·Manage all audit projects and handle all external and internal auditors.  
·Lead and coach financial staffs and develop a competent and motivated team

Essential Skills required:
Self-starter, demonstrate sense of urgency and results-orientation;
Drive Change and Build Finance Effectiveness.  Demonstrate skills including goal setting, coaching, performance management, critical feedback and conflict resolution skills in an operation;
Possess initiative, business acumen and good presentation skills to effectively operate at mgmt; 
Proactive, trustworthy& convincing personality as the candidate shall build strong credibility with all functional peers;

Other desired Skills: Ideal candidate profile would be: 8+ yrs commercial/manufacturing experiences with 2+ years in managerial position.
