Job description 
1. 根据公司业务发展需要,合理安排调整客服团队工作。
Keep eyes on team’s operation and be proactive in organizing team’s networks to match needs and variation.
2. 除带领客服团队妥善处理订单等日常事务外,能开拓思路如何为客户提供增值服务。
Deal with daily orders in professional way and open mind to provide added value to customer.
3. 善于和各个相关部门沟通并取得最有效的沟通结果。
Be able to communicate with related internal department to raise the issue and find out the optimal result quickly.
4. 能够以销售为导向,制定出合适的规划来全力配合销售的工作。
Sales result oriented person, to formulate the appropriate plan to be fully support and back up sales team.

Job requirement
1. 本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
2. 有5年相关工作及2年团队管理经验。
At least 5 years related experiences with 2 years team management experiences.
3. 英语熟练。
English is a must,both in speaking and writing.
4. 积极主动,具备较强的沟通和决断能力,擅长团队协作和团队管理。Be positive, expressive, decided and good team spirit. 
5. 熟练操作SAP系统。
Be familiar with SAP is preferred
