Consultant/ Senior Consultant
Ø Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position.
Ø Indentify target candidates; make phone calls, screen and interview candidates, and present candidates’ profiles to clients according to client requirements.
Ø Help client to arrange interviews and solve all conflicts and problems during the process.
Ø Proactively involve in offer negotiation, make reference checks.
Ø Provide add value service to client before / in / after the recruitment process.
Ø Monitor Research Consultant or Associate Consultant to set up target company lists and full mapping strategies.
Ø Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice.
Ø Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives.
Ø Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
Ø Contribute to the business development with major business leaders and partners within the assigned field.
Ø Education: Bachelor or above degrees, MBA is preferred.
Ø At least 5 or more years working experience in any one field of the followings, sales marketing experience preferred：
---Industrial Automation, Automobile，Electronics Manufacturing, Chemical Industry；
---Finance & Accounting，Securities and Asset Management；
---IT，including games，internet，telecom，IT HW；
---Healthcare，Consumer，HR & Legal；
---Property & Construction.
Ø Communication: possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to make cold calls to unknown people.
Ø Desire and ambition to business success, able to influence, manage and work collaboratively with cross business teams and geographies, strong business sense.
Ø Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
Ø English and computer skills: Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer
