Job Description

 

The Customer Service team aims to deliver excellent client experience by following best-in-class processes to increase efficiency. This department works closely with the sales, production and logistics departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

 

What we offer

  • Manage new template review, process mapping, and gap fitting
  • Execute the project plan on master data cleaning, new template review, process mapping, organization transformation communication, new tool setup, and key user (and/or ambassador) training
  • Ensure a successful roll-out and that efficiency improvements are in place
  • Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement follow up

Qualifications

 Looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related fields of study
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant work experience in Supply Network in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region -- experience in leading Project Management is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills is required; fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is preferred
  • Hands-on individual who is open-minded and willing to push for innovations
