Project Administrator

Job Description

This role is earmarked for career-pathing opportunities internally into project management roles for the future.

 

1. Perform Administrative functions for project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project initiation phase to the project closeout.
2. Responsible for consolidated project reporting for the business.
3. Assists the Project Manager in the updating and maintenance of project schedules.
4. Maintenance of Templates
5. Logging and registration of projects on EPM
6. Management of project documentation between IT Projects and Vendors
7. Liaising with Vendors to obtain project estimates
8. Document Management (Space and Standards)
9. EPM Project Administration

Requirements

  • Educational Requirements
  • Grade 12, a Project Management qualification and 3 to 5 years retail experience, CAPM Certified, Prince 2, PMBOK, PMP

Work and Training experience

  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Microsoft Project qualification
