Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Perform the day to day total productive maintenance to ensure that our machinery are maintained in an effective, up to date accurate manner
  • Complete equipment/parts requisition
  • Maintain equipment
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and monitor team goals
  • Coach and assess customers
  • Manage, implement and improve continuous projects
  • Conduct audits
  • Manage personal development and performance
  • Ability to communicate / interact with the client, technicians and KSA/KAG office to ensure flow of projects and customer requirements
  • Ability to fault find in a logical and professional manner
  • Attend to breakdowns telephonically and physically

Specific Job Skills

  • Prepare for assembly and assembling of mechanical/electrical components without supervision
  • Test and store assemblies without supervision
  • Plan & execute installations
  • Check industrial machines for installation
  • Commission machinery or plant


Computer Skills

  • Computer Literate in all Ms office packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and Internet
  • PLC Software


Management Ability

  • Basic understanding of financial management
  • Ability to coach and support Junior Technicians



  • Ensure adherence to OSH Act and Construction Regulation Act at all times
  • Willingness to travel both locally and internationally
