Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience, including but not limited to the following is required:
B-BBEE management company scorecard.
Analysis of gaps and opportunities aimed at maximising B-BBEE score.
Employment equity management.
Policy formulation and strategy alignment.
Development, co-ordination and implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives/programmes will strengthen your application.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in conducting internal audits on HR compliance, with extensive knowledge of the relevant legislation governing RSA.
South African citizens only.
Developing change management capacity and capability supportive of the delivery of our company’s strategic preferential procurement objective.
Researching and consulting with all relevant stakeholders to align the employment equity and B-BBEE initiatives.
Playing an active role in the sourcing of providers, validating their BEE credentials and their vetting as approved suppliers to the Group.
Managing all submission and administration for the portfolio and liaising with the BEE Verification Agency.
Project managing, facilitating and creating awareness through utilising multiple channels in implementing your transformation and diversity processes, translating the business strategy into easily understood targets.
