For our client,a global consulting firm committed to bringing fairness and transparency to financial market, we are currently looking for IT Specialists for the position of T-SQL Programmer.

The focus of this role will be to optimize existing T-SQL stored procedures/functions for performance improvements and to document and communicate those improvements to peers.

The Database Team has an available opportunity for a T-SQL programmer. This individual will be a part of our small, but growing technology team in Krakow.

Required Attributes/Skill Set
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and optimizing T-SQL stored procedures and functions in SQL Server 2005/2008
- Experience with various tools for performance analysis and optimization including SQL Profiler, reading execution plans, and Dynamic Management Views
- Effectively communicate database programming concepts/best practices to peers
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of relational database design
- Excellent English language communication skills; all of our business is conducted exclusively in English
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills
- Capacity for detail-oriented work
- Be proactive and work in a semi-directed environment

Training Requirements
A 3-month training period in our U.S. office with the Database Team is required for this
position, and the successful candidate must be willing to travel for this period.
