Position Summary

The primary role of this position is to work closely with the respective stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HR Functions in addition to being aligned to specified accounts at the location to ensure implementation; compliance and risk management of HR processes and procedures at the location. This will include participating in Human Resources Operations in the Location, Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Welfare Management, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition and Risk Management.

Requirements

  • Graduate /Post Graduate in relevant field. (preferably in HR managment
  • Professional Qualification in HR
  • Previous interaction with Labour office, Federation of enployers, search firms, training institutions
