Trainer/Consultant
The Role
- ² Analysis company product, develop and conduct the ELT training programs.
- ² Support the sales team in the selling process, by presentation, product training, curriculum design, reply the customer enquiries
- ² Works with team to ensure the training are accurate and effective.
- ² To help school to resolve the problem in using our product.
- ² To support the product team to do some localization in term of the teaching resources.
- ² To provide the academic support the team Works closely with Client to facilitate efficient processes for sales teams
- ² Should be comfortable within an html environment
- ² Other duties related may be assigned.
The Person
- ² - A recognized Bachelor Degree above
- ² - 1+ years' track record of success in ELT training/teaching or 3+ sales (presales, consulting) preferably in the K-12 educational technology related field. (3-5 sales and teaching experience is preferred)
- ² - Ability to multitask and prioritize
- ² - Excellent presentation and training skills
- ² - Collaborative and teamwork orientation
- ² - Proficiency in Microsoft office applications,
- ² Work in a sales environment
- ² - Knowledge of educational (base) concepts: instructional design, curriculum mapping, learning outcomes, effective teaching/training practices, etc.
- ² - Knowledge of, or previous work with SIS, LMS, CMS is a plus
- ² - Established professional network and contacts would be advantageous
- ² - Able to travel 20-40% (Preferably based in China)
- ² TEFL or TESOL certificate is preferred
