Regional Sales Manager - Adana

Job Description




To provide all necessary directions, management and support to achieve the required & expected results, by ensuring that everyone in the region assigned, is doing their job on a daily basis in accordance with the Company’s standards and expectations.

The qualitative and quantitative expected results to be attained in a profitable and sustainable manner and within defined financial parameters.





  • Ensures as a minimum the attainment of production, persistency (retention of customers), manpower, quality, planned objectives, for the region outlets under his/her responsibility.
  • Provide support to the distributors including bank branches relating to product and sales training.
  • Leads and motivates the Regional Sales Force, in his area of responsibility, to put the required work daily with conviction and proper attitude, removing any real or assumed barriers, to achieve budgeted objectives.
  • Applies the established management process to ensure effective implementation of the expected daily activities and follow up on regional performance
  • Directs, develops and coaches Regional Sales force to recruit and build a professional sales force daily, demonstrating best practice in the daily implementation of their skill, knowledge and attitude
  • Applies the Company standards and procedures, which facilitate the effective, disciplined and consistent functioning of the sales force structure. Ensures that his region is in full compliance with Company directions.
  • Proposes challenging budget objectives for the Regional Outlets assigned to him/her, in the context of overall Company goals and implements the decided strategies and action plans, which will ensure their achievement.
  • Implements and promotes established synergies (agreed with the Sales Director) with other Profit Centers /(Stake holders) to maximize the utilization of “his/her” Regional Outlets and their impact on overall Company results.
  • Ensures that the Regional Outlets assigned to him/her, provide high quality, reliable service to our customers during the initial sales process and throughout the life of each policy.





·         Minimum Bachelors Degree in Economics, business administration or similar field.

·         Good command of written and spoken English will be a plus.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in sales preferably in the insurance with at least

5 year’s as a Manager or Assistant Manager.

·         Strong communication (spoken and written), sales and presentation skills

·         Good organizational and planning skills

·         The ability to lead and motivate a team

·         Drive, motivation and initiative

·         The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

·         Good business sense and budgeting skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods and approaches.
