Job Description

  • You manage the sales, operational and human resource functions of the store. Ensure the adherence to the Company concepts and culture, ensuring maximum profitability and compliance with Company’s objectives and policies.

  • Your priority number one: to meet your client’s satisfaction.

  • You have the full responsibility of the store and its performance.

  • You are responsible for achieving sales targets (Total/Selective brands – Company – Exclusive – Animations - partner brands) and shop profits for the store through the team commitment, use of short and long-range planning, expense management.

  • As a leader, you monitor and supervise your store performance. You supervise operations to maintain the good management of your store.

  • Responsible for your store, you optimize the results and the gross profit vs. the margin by category of brands (Selective/Company/Emerging and exclusive brands).

  • You take on the leadership and development role through effective total store communication, awareness of ethics, staff development, and implementation of selling priorities.

  • You take on the leadership role on animations and partner brands.

  • You are fully responsible for your team. Under the supervision of the Area Manager, you recruit, manage and develop your sales team with a permanent goal: focus your team around common objectives.

  • You are responsible for organising trainings with the Company trainer and the brands.

  • You maintain and preserve the brand image and respect of the Company concept.

  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what is being practiced by local competitors.

  • You are responsible of the stock. You achieve the level stock according to the objectives of the company.
