Job Description

1.       Responsible to grow the Digital Assurance services in the assigned region and be responsible for growth targets both for new and existing business.

2.       Proactively engage CX suite of leaders and creating opportunities and disruptive positioning of services, offerings and engagement models and lead the entire lifecycle to win new business and grow existing business,

3.       Provide thought leadership across various internal and external industry digital and physical channels as well as identifying trends, opportunities and proactively develop go to market strategies.

4.       Provide subject matter support to testing account delivery teams for improvements and new ideas as well as for competencies to develop new solutions.

5.       Responsible for anchoring the full bid cycle and own the solution strategy, theme and articulation.

 

Requirements

1.         +10 years of experience in the field of Digital Assurance and Testing with at least 4 years in similar role.

2.         Hands on experience and technical expertise in both Digital and Traditional assurance services including mobility, IOT, Big Data, Mobility, Usability, performance, agile and automation etc.,

3.         Proven track record of growing digital assurance service lines and beating revenue targets.

4.         Superior analytical, written and presentation skills, ability to engage and build relationship with industry peers, and CXO’s

5.       Proactive go getter and ability to work in dynamic situations and engage with cross functional and global teams.
